Looks like a slot machine quarter.
They go through the shot machines and coin counters so often that they end up looking like that.

You don't have to be a rocket scientist or brain surgeon to sell on ebay. This would be the complete opposite of that spectrum, btw. (pronounced idiot )

You may want to save your 1969 Woodstock Gem & list it in a few months for Woodstock's 50th Anniversary Concert that Michael Lang is currently planning (as announced on my local Orange County, NY Radio Station)..

For some reason, I get the impression that this is a kid and not just another stupid adult. Seller is probably so young that he feels like he found an "ancient" coin and has something really special.

Yeah, I just looked at his feedback. He sold an iPod touch and has made purchases from "gamesalor" and "quikcodes." This is a kid.

I see nothing remarkable about it.

The only remarkable thing I see is that ebay is now implanting lots of cookies.
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.

It cost more to put the "reserve" on it than the coin's worth.

A zero, probably the kid's best friend to build up feedback as a seller.

Zero feedback bidder. It's not a real bid.

I've never seen a more fake-looking coin. Like something out of a do-it-yourself kit using a clay mold covered with tin foil.

As I was viewing 1960's music videos on youtube, I realized I posted the wrong year for Woodstocks 50th, on the 1969 quarter comment, it is in 2019 and not this year...

I can only assume the seller is the one who "used" the pencil previously.
