It looks basically mark free. I would think MS64BN.

62-63RB ANACS

I like it as a 64 though for the lack of contact marks.

Hard to grade from these dark photos. A "guess" would be MS-63RB

63RB in the old small ANACS holder. If it were in one of their putrid blue ANACS holders (which it's not) I'd guess MS-71.

Higher end 64RB, very clean, I believe the blemishes are holding it bellow 65RB. A clearer image under good light would help nice coin!

The older small white ANACS are typically graded very good. I have had a few grade higher when sent in for crossover. The yellow label ones are hit or miss, but the blue ones I won't even look at. From my experience too they don't get the PCGS premium on price either. That makes them a win win in my book.
