Must admit that none of the last three letters in "Trust" look right.

If it's possible to post brighter photos it might help. Right now, without being able to view details it's tough to give you a complete answer.

I'll try to post better photos ASAP. I really trust everyone's opinion in this forum.

The first E in PEACE looks like an S but with the dull not so clear images it's hard to tell.

Are your images scans or photos?

Quote: Are your images scans or photos? The images in the OP were scans but tomorrow I will try taking and posting photos.

I took some new photos today. This time I used a digital camera. Still could be better, I'm sure. Please grade the coin pictured in this post.

Much better images upon which to make a judgment.
The surfaces look all wrong to me. My impression is that it's a cast copy. You might check the edge for irregular reeding and/or evidence of a seam

The rims look right to me. I think it is genuine and AU-55 ish. The rims on the 1928 P Peace dollars are always thicker than on normal Peace dollars. The T in trust looks like PMD.

One other anomaly I just now noticed in these new photos - there seems to be a small, sort of upside down "v" beneath the "L" on the obverse.
Again I'd emphasize that an accurate weighing might be definitive for determining authenticity.

All the lettering looks chewed up.
