Thank you all for the welcomings :) It's good to see so many Michiganders on here! I just moved back home after spending a year in Chicago. I'm not sure why I did when it's 50 degrees and sunny there!
John1 - I am in the northern region. Close to the Mackinaw bridge.
silverbob - tell me about it! I feel like I should be out Christmas shopping right now!

We are all newbies, I'm sure everyone here learns something new every day. I would like to thank everyone here for the fact that I have done more reading on this forum than I have in many years. I have gotten a few reference guides and they have helped me also. I purchased a Chherrypickers Guide a couple months ago and now I have been going through a ton of coins. There is always someone on this forum that will have an answer for you and that is awesome. Remember everyone is their own person and may have a different outlook or opinion but, I have never seen on this forum where anyone will lead you astray.

mcshilling - I'm a troll living under the bridge ;) We're a few hours south of it. Down by Traverse City.
hozer - it sounds like the perfect place to be! If I ever get a day off, I'm excited to spend some more time exploring the forum.
I have a variety of coins now. My goal is to get them more organized and properly put away so I can finally start collecting a certain type. I have no collections. I'm slacking!
