It looks F15 to me, but NGC most likely gave VF20.

I know very little about bust coins but when my wife asked me I said vf35 with a quick glance. So I'm sticking with my first instinct. The shield, fields and bust lines all look good enough to me.

I'm in the VF20 boat on this one also. I thought it had good eye appeal and is very solid for the grade.
