PCGS Proof 64 +. I personally think it just barely missed Cameo, that's why it got the +. It might make a CAM at NGC if I crossed it, might shoot for it. This is probably the nicest coin I now own just ahead of my 78CC DMPL avatar photo coin. First thing I thought was PF64+ CAM. I definitely think it should be a cameo grade. I'd go for it.
