Quote: I cant stand those dollar stores that sell things for $9 each. A $1 bottle of wine would scare me! The fact that dollar stores sell wine there is mind boggling lol

Always carefully check my change from dollar stores/thrift stores. Lots of customers raid their coin jar to make purchases. Never found anything special, just a better chance for copper one cent Lincolns.

the clerk told the guy that the roll had a lot of nickels in it and if he wanted these items he needed to come up with more cash to make up the difference. Guy says how much more, clerk says $3.00 and change, she would not take the nickels. As I walked away to laugh, I went to the wine section , did not no dollar general had wine. while looking back at what the guy was doing, he pulled out a roll of ones. the wine was from $3 to $8 per bottle , sounds real good, tasty.

Imagine the amount of time he spent on that. Just to save a couple dollars.
