Phone the 800 number in the morning, and ask for your rep. If it got lost, but was first placed, you could be missing out, if something sold out.

If you ordered online before you should have an account. In your account go to your profile and check your order history if your rep ordered for you it should be there with the order date.

It may take a few days to appear in your order listing. Your best bet is to either call your rep directly (as they should've given you a phone number specific to them) or simply send him/her a second email asking for confirmation. They may have checked it off their list of things to do and just didn't send you a message to let you know.

Thanks for the feedback. Best advice given to me was to call. I called my rep's direct number and left a message. Within a hour he called me back. First time speaking with him. He seemed very nice and took care of my order right away and will look into another issue I had asked about. He even hinted about a Super new release this Monday. I'm glad I called.

Reps are great at RCM. Just contact them via email or phone. You are how they make their living!

My former rep was awesome but has since taken a different career path. My new rep, and current lack of MC status have limited my dealings with the RCM.

I usually look forward to special announcements and advance notices, particularly if they're not already posted on these forums. Still appreciate getting them from my Mint rep despite the dramatic downturn in purchases over the past year. ' It's a Bird...It's a Plane...It's....' insert appropriate finish to this sentence. Good Grief!! Here I was hoping the email that arrived yesterday would be related to the TML circulation coins and not more overpriced Kryptonian crud. Extremely unlikely that the Telephone Booth is a nod to Doctor Who or perhaps a future dressing room for Leafs players if they don't take home the Stanley Cup in 2018. Having looked back on the October release thread after posting I realized thanks to Ottawa CC, that it's in regards to the 10oz silver coin that only a handful of dire fans will purchase.

With the MC year coming to an end June 30, has anyone received a special offer to get your MC level up? Last year I received a spend $ and get a free MC wood case. Again this year I received a notice that if I order $, I'll get to a MC level and get a free item. If there were something available I wanted to order I might jump on this, except the latest release is ho hum.

Remember that the cutoff for the RCM "Spend" from July 1, 2017 through to June 30th, 2018 is what will count towards your MC status for the next cycle. The purchases that you may have made recently that are shipped and billed after June 30th, 2018 will not count for this cycle.

Sadly, I won't qualify for even silver status after July 1. Previously I had gold status and can't justify investing a significant amount on gift ware in a short time frame that doesn't interest me. The numismatic department in my opinion is in for a rude awakening in light of many collectors scaling down their purchases and perhaps focusing more on the basics of the hobby. Recently I have concentrated on silver bullion and medals of interest that for me personally, offer more value and enjoyment and aren't ridiculously overpriced. Unfortunately too much of the RCM products are available at a fraction of issue price within a few short years or less. Locally I have access to a well respected coin dealer who offers VIP discounts and rewards, often with items in stock before they are made available by the RCM. Having the opportunity to see the item on display before deciding on the purchase is a big plus.

@Proofnut I hear you... I will requalify thanks to a number of purchases over the year but I expect I won't next year due to a refocus on my part. I am collecting more circulated MS coins and Canadian/World mint sets pre-1953. That said... I will still collect things that turn my head. RCM gold isn't as poor a deal as the RCM silver as the bullion multiples are less and now the RCM is routinely offering payment plans for the more expensive items the barrier to entry isn't quite as high.

I haven't been a MC member for the last year or 2. I was wondering what, if any, offerings have been made by the RCM to keep loyal customers loyal? Are they still doing the wooden Box thing? A free exclusive coin? Or is it still a percentage based discount?

Redzapsid, it really depends on what level MC you are. On mint.ca it will list what you can expect, however, there are a couple other perks I've been offered by my rep that aren't listed. On some of the higher priced items, I'm often offered to have the payments spread out over more months than what is offered on the mint web site. Sometimes, I've been able to get purchase limits greater then what is offered to the general public. Just before the end of the MC year, I've had offers to get a wooden case and silver coin free if I spent a certain amount, and this is exclusive of any other offer of a free coin of wooden box. But I think some of these extras not listed on mint.ca are because I have a rep. Without the rep, I wouldn't expect anything more than what the web site lists.

Yes, when I was a MC member, I got a rep. My rep allowed me to order many items exceeding the listed limits, such as unlimited $20 for $20, face value packs, and more. After my MC membership expired, I was still able to order whatever I wanted and even got free shipping when I ordered through my rep. Sounds like I haven't really lost any perks except advance notice of new releases. But I haven't ordered anything in a long time. Don't know if I'd still score the deals.

I'm a platinum MC Member, I don't have a personal rep. So I only get what the website lists as perks.
