Seems to soft to be a RPM. But it is not in a die flow direction, so it can't be that issue. Imitates a partial curve and the size of a punching. You might try a couple more shots of that area to get a very good image and include one that is circled to show what area you are seeing. If you hadn't marked that I would have missed it. But RPMs are usually stronger as they are punched into the die. Note on the image that is in the side by side. That was probably a single punching for the RPM. The last one with the circle on it was the most convincing. Then send it to John Wexler to get his opinion. See what he thinks about it. It might be a new find or not. A bit clearer image will help him to see what you have on the whole area. Then let us know what he thinks.

I dont mean to sound so ignorant, but how would I get in contact with John Wexler. I've never had to get in contact with him, so how do I go about doing so?

I think this could be WRPM-036. I would like to have someone else do an overlay and hear their opinion of it.

That one is a match for location.

It looks like a earlier die state. John may still want to see it if that is a RPM that disappeared with die abrasion? So I would add the over lay and this information when you contact him.

There are several die markers for this one, check to see if they are there. Clearer images would be a big plus also.

Coin contact maybe a problem with your coin. It took like the mint mark may have taken a few hits and possibly a little bit of MD after the strike may have altered the lower split serif. (I see the same die movement on the '9' as well)

Those are much better images. I think this is WRPM-036. I don't see the other mint mark SW at all on these photos, it must be something on the surface of the coin.
If I try hard and use my imagination, I do see it like a bunny in the clouds, but I don't think it's a secondary mint mark.
