Out of thousands of $'s, hundreds of boxes of cents I've gone through in my lifetime since 2004, I can tell you I've never found a 1955 S...ever.

I asked for more pennies. They were common brown 90s cents, or newer shield cents. Nothing else like that. I think I got the only two that were right together in the roll.

The 55-s is definitely from someone's recently dumped collection. I can't think of any other explanation. Can you?
