The article failed to mention what became of the coins, nor why there were so many in a barrel at his work.

I recently asked my Dachshund to examine a roll of nickels and he told me it was special. Alas, he was wrong.
Now I know that he's a cent hound, it makes cents!
I might have to do some selective breeding to create the first nickel hound.
But, cents he's fixed I might have to nickel and dime my way to it.

My doxie has more of a (long) nose for the collector issues, but if I could get him to be a cent hound, that would be excellent. It could fund the treat jar.
