I'd say a solid MS-65.

Here's the grading. Personally I think it could pass for an MS65. I'm half tempted to send it in for a regrade. What do you think?

At the very least you are a shoe-in for a CAC bean.

How is the luster in-hand? For that coin to grade 64 you would assume the luster must be subdued. The strike and surface preservation appear to easily make gem level in the images. Nice coin either way.

P.S. This is one a big dealer/submitter might do better on. There's a huge price jump from 64 to 65 to 66.

The luster seems good to me. Maybe a bit less on the reverse. I'm no expert so it's hard for me to really grade it.

How do you submit to CAC? Do you need a membership?

Thanks!
So if I'm reading this right I need to first become a member of the ANA and then submit a request/application to become an "advanced collector" with CAC?

Yes, CAC wants all applicants to be ANA members. I don't think it's so much a requirement as a request from CAC for support of the ANA.

CAC usually asks for references from current CAC members or dealers and there has a been a waiting list as well. You might want to find a CAC dealer in your area. http://www.caccoin.com/submission-centers/
