I love these coins too, I have a date set from 1902-1967 I just collect the silver ones, BTW I'm missing a couple dates..

i would guess shaft is missing 1904,1905, and 1932..the keys..

Actually, I have 2 sets but, my first set I'm missing of course the 21 but, the other one is the '47 ML CR, have all the rest

My second set is missing, 04/05/32/47ML-Cl/47 ML-CR/and a 48 I probably can get a 48 but just haven't bothered lately.

I haven't decided if I want to collect the varieties yet. The only variety I have so far is the 1978 square and round jewels.

Yeah, sorry Mr.Trout, I should have explained it better..
There are quite a few varieties in the Canada 1947's, most are fairly easy to acquire and, we have the varieties except the 1947 maple leaf, with the 7 curved right, expensive coin to get if you can find one...
