I think that you might be looking at a "no grade" situation because the scratches in the field appear to be intentional.
Scratches that fall into the "stuff happens" category lower the grade down the Mint State 60 to 70 scale. Intentional marks or numismatic abuse (cleaning, retoning etc.) can wind up as no grade coins.

i agree. the scratch is too long for something that would have happened naturally, say when it was in the bag banging against other coins. this was a good observation by Bill

I'd say 62 but that scratch could make it go details at a TPG |

I'd say MS-62. The scratches are distracting, but they don't look intentional to me. More like what happens when it's dropped in a pocket with a sharp object.

Most unusual. Agree scratches appear possibly deliberate, but I'll still go with 62 straight.

Could be the light making the scratches show up more. I'll say MS63.

Yeah I agree, this would be a 65 if it wasn't for that scratch. Whoever did that sucks.

IMHO, 63...easy.
Move the camera back 8" from coin, take picture, and post again.
Lighting....REALLY enhances the "scuff".
