If you look at the face and in front of the chin, there looks like some small hairline scratches. I took this picture under a strong incandescent light which brought out all the details. However, when in natural light, They are not visible. More pics to follow.

Not cleaned but if you look at the original obverse pic above, you can see some small lines that I would describe as "cabinet friction". I took the following pic with my cell phone in ambient light in my house. Luster does not show well without the bright light though. At $63.00, I thought it a nice coin to own.

At $63, it was a heckuva deal for a nice coin to own! Quote: So, hairline scratches from being cleaned are visible if you look closely? Hairlines do NOT necessarily mean that a coin has been cleaned. Hairlines can result natually from circulation friction or cabinet friction.
