I would try to see if there is someone local to you who would be willing to buy the whole lot. Not a dealer; they will just offer face value.

Plenty of collectors are willing to spend 3-4x face for such rolls. The problem isn't ebay fees so much as shipping costs; sending a bulk quantity of cents can easily eat through your profit, even if the buyer helps substantially. Still, if you can sell $100 face in cents for $400, it is still a good deal even if it costs you $100 out of pocket to ship. And likewise, if a local collector is willing to pay $300 cash for a local pick up, that is a viable option as well.

Have you found anything rare yet? Big ones to look for (Easy to distinguish, and that you could reasonably find) are 70-S small date, 1992 CAM, and 1998, 1999, and 2000 WAM.

If you don't need the money and have time. Build up some posts here and sell them here.... There are other forums out there too to sell on, but I have to warn you, new seller will normally have to ship 1st, or sell at a lower price to build credibility.

You can load up to 70 pounds in a flat rate priority medium or large. But you really have to double box inside the outer box.

If you have $100 face you could get that into a flat rate box and ship it relatively cheap. If you had enough posts I would buy the lot from you without hesitation. Here is the last group of wheat cents I bought. Roughly $500 face.
