Great video, thanks.... Oh would I love to spend a day there seeing all of the coins. I especially liked the coins with the eagle similar to the Lincoln half. By far my favorite eagle.

Interesting, I didn't know that one of the 1854 S half eagles was part of the DuPont robbery and that it was still missing.

I just had a dream last night of a bunch of coins in little black boxes shown in this video.

Start to finish a really great video of some of America's classic treasures. Thanks for sharing.

There's something for everybody in that video. I would love to spend a day or two in that vault just looking at all that stuff.

At over 1 million objects, would it be safe to say that the NNC is the most complete coin collection assembled?

I had about 5 hours of film to comb through to make the video. There's quite a bit of stuff that didn't make the cut, for whatever reason. if I can think of a way, or reason to make another video, I certainly will.

I'm heading down to the FUN show on Wednesday and have a full week of video production lined up. Some interesting stuff.

If you haven't subscribed to my channel, please do so. And comment! it helps me decide on the direction of future projects. I make these things for collectors to enjoy...

More likely it will be sold over the counter at a southern California coin dealership. That's how the 1866 no motto quarter and half dollar from the DuPont robbery were recovered.

Hard to say, I'm not sure how large the British Royal Museum collection is.

The Hermitage has the reputation of having an amazing and huge coin collection. They never show it to anybody though :(

Actually they do to researchers. Robert Julian has done research there and seen the collection.
