Quote: Prices for the 2017 Pysanka egg coin are creeping up towards the $200 mark. ...and this is before public release. Chances are only one big dealer, maybe two will have them. Others dealers are all sold out.

As was posted on other forum - 2017 Pysanka coin sells for EUR 110 at the PowerCoin. This price still not bad (~CAD 160) for people who didn't load enough from RCM or other sources. Tomorrow - public release, when people will see that it sold out from RCM, the CAD 200 will be the lower price that they will be ready to bring to the sellers....

Gatewest coins has the pysanka at issue price. Max 3 per order.
And Bromberg on coin show tonight on shopping channel will probably have to sell.
Just checked TSC and the pysanka is online to sell prior to show at 8pm tonight. Remember SHIP150 if ordering more than one.

Do you have a link to the March release, or info on the pre-orders?
I tried to pre-order at CP in February but the lady at the counter said she could not enter the product # until Feb 7 (same day at public release).
Thanks!

Quote: Do you have a link to the March release, or info on the pre-orders? Sorry for misleading, I was ironic about behavior of some people with these pre-orders. Thanks to the knowledgeble people from other forum, here some small piece of info, that will be interesting: (I edited the quote to remove personalization) Quote:
**Black 'Barn Owl' coin is Rhodium plated 1oz silver, price $119, Mintage:7k
**Uncirculated pack with Canada 150 coins including one GITD Toonie for [EDIT] $ 24.95 (this set does not include classic coins but does include a special edition 50 cent piece)
**New Silver Dollar reminds of Lady liberty on USA 2009 double eagle coin. Looks nice with gold gilding.
**Dino coin has Mintage 5500. Done accurately to an actual fossil in conjunction with Royal Tyrell Museum. 1oz silver $134.95 (IIRC). Done like an ancient coin (rimless).
**If I remember correctly, people from CCF alreday shared info about 2*50cents roll. Thanks again to the members, hopefully they will post full info. My opinion here: The uncirculated set will be good item to pair with "Classic" set (I passed over Maple leaf cardboard set) Silver Dollar will be interesting.

Quote: **Black ' Barn Owl' coin is Rhodium plated 1oz silver, price $119, Mintage:7k Appreciate URL, guys! Take a look at the other forum, for the link to this ** Mint First** coin. Btw, Rhodium isn't radioactive correct? The design looks like: a. Aboriginal drawing (cool if this is the case) b. A-la kids adult drawing (funny and actually sucks) Added: Intrigued a bit: The "JD" on the coin stands for Jamie Desrochers (I assume), the artist, who designed resent Silver Dollar. I just searched google for the pictures of the guy, and for my surprise, saw him near the RCM booth at the Toronto FanExpo, near 2014 Superman coins. So I did speak with him. Since I wasn't care there, who exactly the guy (I assumed - some of the Mint's PR managers) we just spoke about coins and he allowed me to take Superman coins pictures (I posed here) and couple of 2013 RCM booklets. Eh...my usual careless...
