I opened a roll of 2017 toonies today and there were 13 coloured coins in the roll.

Man... I went to the mint yesterday and they ran out by the time I could get there... I guess I'm going to be buying bank boxes of twoonies from now on to see if I can find a few....

The banks in my area are limiting the number of rolls you can purchase. There seems to be a fair amount of demand for the coloured toonie rolls.

I've gone through three boxes today and blanked.... not having much good luck... all new 2017 stuff ... no GITD ones though....

The glow in the dark toonies are available in paper rolls at the bank. The Canada 150 toonies are also available in plastic wrappers but those rolls do not contain the glow in the dark toonies.
