I prefer the look and feel of old gold (if I must choose), but I also like old silver and old copper too!

That's kind of like saying do I prefer driving a new luxury car or an old Volkswagen . I'll take the silver and my wallet will thank me later.

It would be great if I could have lots and lots of Gold coins but then what? They look nice but would have to be hidden away

I have tried a couple of times to keep gold coinage, it just does not fit well with me. Silver it is!

Shows you how much attention I give the US Classic and Colonial forums. I totally missed this was a duplicate thread.

I buy em both if they fit in my collection. Of course I will only buy certified coins (NGC) because when you spending that kind of money you want to be sure they are what they say!

This seemed a shade different so I didn't report it as a duplicate.

I try to walk the line between being the annoying nitpicker who reports every time someone uses the wrong word of there/their/they're and a passive contributor to CCF.
