COUNTERFEIT......The font used on "Liberty" is not even close to what was used on real bust dollars.

I agree - not genuine. Here for comparison my genuine (but cleaned) 1801:

The stars, dentils, toning and roundness make me suspicious that it is a fake. Overall it looks too perfect.

Thankyou for all opinions greatly appreciated I bought this for just over $200 I thought... well I'm willing to lose $200 if counterfeit as still very nice coin and if it were real it's not a real waste of money, just took a chance I suppose. I will upload more close up pics that I took with magnifier to show you how detailed this coin is.

The alignment of the letters in LIBERTY is way off in this counterfeit.

The reverse appears to be based on the B-2 reverse, none of the four 1801 varieties have that high B in LIBERTY.

Sorry but the stars are a dead give away that this coin is not authentic.

The stars, the hair detail, the shield detail. Its all off. The Chinese make these and hope that they can cast enough doubt in buyer's minds to sell it for a couple hundred dollars. I'd recommend not encouraging them by buying coins that are questionable and never buy one without a lifetime authenticity guarantee.

Next time I will consult Google Images first before making a comment. THEN I might be more able to join in with the experts in this field. So may we all. Google Images is a good research tool for this purpose.
