Was that a bulk ebay deal or from a local dealer? I have a hard time buying in bulk from dealers in the Midwest. They aren't willing to do substantial discounts on high volume orders. Looking forward to pics.  |

I got the $100 FV bag from BOLD Precious Metals at 12.7 times face. I got a few 17s, an 18, 2 18-S, a 45 in AU, a few 20s AG - G, a 28-S and a few F-VF in the 30's, some XFs in the 40s. I went through them and picked out 15 or so coins that I felt should sell for more than $10 ea and put them in 2x2s. The others I'l roll up and offer at shows for $135/roll or your pick for $7 ea.

I'll post some pictures tonight. It was a nice mix of dates. The teens are all in AG-G or as high as VG with minor problems, a scratch or ding. The later dates are in higher grades.

I was thinking of doing it with Mercs next, but 20 rolls of mercs is 1000 coins. Thats quite a lot of coins to go through. I think 200 is enough for now.
