EF-45. Probably only Brown, even with the peaks of color on the obverse.

I'll guess they gave it EF details: cleaned. The color on the obverse looks a little splotchy to me which might be a sign of unoriginal surfaces.

Hard the tell if the obverse leaves are flat from wear or strike. I'll go in the middle at EF-45. Nice coin.
