I'm not seeing what they are. Appears to be almost hit-free and either RB or BN. My bet is the scanner is hurting it, to me it looks like a VERY nice coin.

Scanner is hurting it. It's completly dent free and has great toning to it (if you're into toning)

Well that does change things a bit!  Tell us, are the new pics faithful to what you see in hand, or are they overexposed and perhaps too bright?

Pictures are just a fraction too bright and there's a bit more toning on both the obverse and reverse than what you can see here

Quite a difference between the two images. I can't hazard a guess to the grade.
