1976 D Bicentennial Quarter DDO ?

Here is a doubled die for that year you might compare with?

I cant get mine to under 300kb. 500 or more.

On the 7s does mine look DDO? Or am I just seeing things? The first pic is of the "d" fully enclosed. I have reverse pics if needed

Probably the worst enemy to your images is glare. When you see glare, it turns all the color to white and hides what you see. If you use too much light, then it is light a spot light on that area. If you use too little light then the darker color takes over, but your still dealing with glare. On way to cut glare is to prevent the light your using to be diffused before it gets to the coin. That way it removes the extra white color and also prevents glare even on lower light images. Depending on your setup, the solution maybe easy to solve. So if you like some suggestions, take an image of your setup and lets see if we can help you improve your images.

Broken post on the mintmark. When they post that forms the center of the mintmark breaks off, the center of the mintmark is a void and appears filled on the coins. (because of the void)

It can be progressive, or happen all at once. (no rules on these) If the post breaks off deep into the die, the affected area of the void can extend above the devices:

AR notching? How would that notching relate to the filled D? Very new and extremely curious. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
