Or, what will the cashier do if there's no change?

Put simply, if you're paying with a card, that exact amount will be deducted from your balance. If you're paying with cash, it would round to the nearest whatever cents.

Yet stores keep displaying signs that say things like $.99 or $1.78 or $3.67. If no Cents are around, how do you buy that stuff?

Taken with sunlight outside (well what sunlight that's out) I don't think I'm happy with it trying one more thing then if it still looks like this back to the drawing board.

A major improvement with those spots Mrzllewellyn! I wonder what the actual composition of those things are anyway? I hear everything from water spots, milk spots, carbon spots, oil spots, etc...

You did not waste anyone's time. You're doing research....experiments....

Anyway, we all hate the black spots and if you can figure out how to eradicate them, more power to you!

Honestly, I just have to ask: why do you put yourself through this, cleaning a 2017 cent?

I understand your point. Maybe the trick/fun/challenge here is to find an MS70.

I am enjoying this thread so my time has not been wasted.

Most definitely not a waste of time. The road to success it paved with failure.
