nice if you can get it for 63 money. does the seller want an outrageous premium for the toning?

Grade seems a bit low - maybe the grader determined that it had been dipped and retoned and knocked it down a notch?

fortunately 2x/3x ms63 1885-O morgan money still isn't that much . $120 or less for 3x I think. $500 would be outrageous to me.
