Bump111- This coin is inside an early PCGS slab. Those "mounts" you are seeing are a part of the slab.

I would love to agree with the majority , but I can't seem to tell if her wings and hair is a weak strike or wear . Either way it's FSB .

Nice luster. Full bands. No wear.
Small carbon spots Field dent under 'UNUM' Dent high up on middle vertical spit. Dent on lowest band (upper).
T-Bop is on the right track:- Lack of definition not die wear, but hub or master die wear. This lack of definition common across most of the Mercurys of this era. A by product of Wartime production. A new Master and hubs take more effort to produce.
Under the circumstances, reasonably well struck, hence FSB, which most MS Mercurys don't have.
I disagree with 65, but only to a small extent. Therefore 64.
