Happy to see this continuing! I'm on the fence regarding the posted coin, though something about the light spots around the stars on the reverse and the somewhat faded tint of the surfaces suggests cleaned to me. Given the lightness of the problem and the rarity of the piece, though, I wouldn't be surprised if this one graded straight.

Don't miss my previous post, I revealed the grade of the Gobrecht dollar.

Since no one has posted a coin, I'll go ahead and post another one.

I like the dime. I'd say MS-64 straight.

Nice dime, SD! Here's a cool-looking overdate half:

Not much interest in the game, again. I'll post the slab of the half on Thurs eve.

I noticed that. Few members are participating in the game. I wonder why?

Although the bust half looks cleaned, I think it isn't. If it is, it's an obverse cleaning.

Cleaned coins often have a "halo effect" around the devices, and here I'm not seeing that.

The reverse is lustrous. Probably just dipped.

We had a discussion about this a few months ago on CCF.
