Dorado ... Your vehicle must have the worst MPG ratio of anything on the road. You are in there more often than I even get in my car, let alone get gas or coffee.

I put gas once a week .. always the same Shell gas station .
I thought that the consumption guide here was something weird, like xliters per 100 km ... so you wanted a lower number, not higher. I just want to know approx how many miles I'll get on a gallon of gas. When I shop for a car here, I convert the liters per 100 km into MPG so my mind works right.
Good to see so much enthusiasm for new coins. Bodes well for the future of collecting.
(since someone else went off the subject first, okie coiner, 1 US gallon = 132 fl.oz., 4 litres = 133.8 fl.oz. so just use 4 litres to compare to 1 US gal. - only 5% difference. Imperial gallon we used to use in Canada is 160 oz./gal.)
The coin exchange at Colonial Acres was extremely well attended. Canadian Coin News columnist Jessie Robitaille was on hand to take photos.
Guessing that there were well over 500 that stopped by between 10am and 12pm. Many waited up to 30 mins just to get in the door! At least one person drove in from New York with others coming from as far as Toronto and London. Although the mad rush is over, lots of people were still coming in at 1pm.
Made two trips since I forgot my 2x2 holders and stapler at home. Laurie McGaw was signing the sets and $10 coin as well as anything else that she had done in recent years. She really seemed to enjoy meeting so many strangers and sharing her initial designs and photos.
Kudos to the staff at CAC for doing such a fine job at hosting the event! Only the colourized $2 coin was being exchanged with the first 300 people receiving a free 1945 Victory nickel.
Got two regular shrink-wrapped rolls from my local RBC last week. Opened one up today to pick out singles. Imagine my disappointment when I found all 25 were coloured. The other roll has a coloured coin on the end and would like one intact roll. Are there regular rolls with a mix of plain and coloured or do I now have to try and find two rolls roll with a plain coin on the end for face value in order to achieve my goal?
