I assume it is the TV show. Maybe "World's Biggest Thing" (Season 1, Episode 6)?

Quote: OK I'm in Canada, what's the joke? Sorry mcshilling... Corner Gas is a TV show on the Comedy Network (at least here in Nova Scotia) about a small town called Dog River in rural Saskatchewan where funny things happen and as jbuck pointed out it was an episode about coming up with a reason for folks to visit and they came up with the world's biggest dirty hoe and I'll leave it at that.

Campbellford is where I made sunglasses for a few years. So we have $3.05 in hugeness.

Search results show a giant cent in Salmo, but it's wimpy compared to the others.
