Nice note, tough to grade not in hand and not being able to zoom in. From the pictures I would say VF no seal prefix B, book value around $1,470.00. Margins are off, looks like front right bottom is thinner then the left side. Maybe trimmed. Could hurt and drop the value. Most probably won't come back with EPQ, PPQ or original tag.
Looks like a nice collection you got there. Thanks for sharing.

Very hard to grade a not from a pic...especially with reflecting light. Any folds/ creases...is it crispy or floppy...any tears/ stains?

This is my favourite Canadian banknote. I believe it's the only note without a person on it. Hopefully one day I will have one in my collection.

EF+ and up more accurate with note in hand. Correct my misunderstanding about Canadian Notes (I'm south of the border)...royal portraits weren't specified for all notes? Is this a local bank issue?

It's not a local banknote.

Nice notes you've been posting here habsguy. Quote: ... it's the only note without a person on it. The extremely rare Dominion Of Canada $100.00 note also has no person Quote: ....royal portraits weren't specified for all notes? Royals do not have to appear on Government notes, it's been a mixture of Royals and others from 1870 up to present.
