Looks good to me as well! I'd say 4 people is good enough to warrant a bid..

It looks fine to me too and remember a raw '14-D with that level of wear is worth $100 tops. I personally wouldn't bid over $80 on it

These days a 1914-d Lincoln Cent with any eye appeal and not totally worn down is going for more than $100 - I would expect this coin to sell in the $150+ range...

You must be looking somewhere I'm not.......here's a very nice PCGS F15 that just sold for $144 on Heritage. The OP's piece is not even in the same ballpark.

Definitely the real deal. I don't see any signs, that would point it to being a counterfeit.

Feel free to send it to me after you get it if you're still not sure. I will then travel to the South Pacific--where I will be moving permanently--to have my coin expert check the authenticity. Once confirmed, I will be happy to keep it safe for you.

This coin is a good example when comparing real wear vs technical grades. That die was very worn. The die spacing was very tight as is typical when the coiners were trying to get more out of a die.

I'm going to get a lot of flak out of this but the actual WEAR on this coin is equivalant to an ef40 on a typical die. Because this is a late stage die, with little detail left on the devices, it's "apparent" grade is probably a VG. Honestly I wouldn't expect it to sell for any more than VG money. If you compare a number of VG examples of this same date and grade I think you will see what I mean.
