Agree with mdh. Also, looking at the enlarged photo, full bell lines? Unless concealed by the glare. These command a higher price. Nice coin!

I am leaning toward artificial. I've seen too many gassed Ikes with this same blotchy blue color. However, the color isn't spread all over the coin either, which is typical of AT coins.
