Solid 64, shot 65? I know the toning might be obscuring something.

MS64 need to get better photos as the blurry area on the reverse makes it hard to see the tail feather count, can't tell if it's a 7TF or 7/8TF variety.

Since it doubles in price from MS63 to MS64 it's worth a shot probably, unless it is in a secure shield holder. From my understanding they have a photo database at PCGS so they don't raise up grades on coins they have already put a grade opinion on. This may not be true on all coins though, (I think they would check on coins where there is a substantial increase in value), since the do have a buyback guarantee in place. If you resubmit it - I'd personally do it as a raw (cracked out coin) rather than a regrade opinion in holder.

She's graded as a PCSG MS64. No shield or CAC on her. So, if I do send her in, I'm better off cracking it out and sending in raw? I have no problem doing that if it would raise to possible 65, either way, she needs re-slabbed.

PCGS rarely will bump a MS64 to a 65 most Morgans are pretty easy to grade (as opposed to other coins) as they grade so many of them. I would not waste time on trying for an upgrade to 65, just send it in for a reholder if you plan on selling it, otherwise, and if it were me, I'd just put it aside and not waste money until I knew I wanted it to go into my trade or sell box of coins. In most cases selling to a dealer probably won't loose much more money than you would spend reholdering it + shipping costs.

Welp, she's not going to be resold by me. Even if I pick up a 65 or higher, this one is in my collection. I might still get 'er re-slabbed as I don't like the shape of this slab, but she's mine til the end of (my) time, I love all the errors on her! Thanks for the replies. :-)
