That is definitely a die clash on both the obverse and reverse. AU 58.

photos are not the best as the fields are overexposed. MS64. if the luster is gone could drop it a grade

The first two photos show a well-struck MS-63 coin, but the third image highlights rub on breasts and legs and reveals friction in the fields. Amazing how the third photo almost seems to be of a different coin.

Tough call as others have said. This one would be a lot easier to grade in hand. That said I'm in the MS62 camp. Most likely cleaned from my view or at least over dipped, there seems to be a lack of luster.
