To me it's on the MS/AU border.
I'd have to see it in hand before rendering even a reasonable opinion.

It doesn't look over-dipped in these images. I agree it does look like a slider that would grade (likely) low MS.

I don't see any signs of circulation. this is one would be better to grade in hand, the 82-O is known for average strike, I think this meets that standard. MS63 may have been lightly cleaned. PL is questionable

Ok, I did not run these through the image optimizer, these are shot outside daylight and overcast in a light box defuser with no additional lighting.   |

I don't care for the coin. It fails the "Do I like it?" test.
Regardless of the grade it has a polished/cleaned appearance and is a low value Morgan to begin with. Find one you like for $40, they are readily available.
