Just came across this post. I will pray for you tonight. Two pieces of advice.
1: If you drink coffee cut down.
2: If you have not already do so get tap water out of your body.

My uncle, age 82 at the time, told me when I was 30, "Mark, your health is so important. Take the time and energy to invest in it. You'll be glad you did when you're my age." He practiced what he preached and lived into his late 80s. And man, the older I get, the more I realize what good advice this was. Wishing you health and vitality for many years T-BOP!  |

the "acceptable" levels of some chemicals in tap water may not be as safe as they claim. I just think the purer the better.
Edited to add:
Google "chlorine and clogged arteries".

Thanks Doc , I'll look into that . BTW I use Brita filtered water 95 % of the time .  |
