I don't see any CC, and be happy it doesn't say "Made in China".

That's fun to do with Buffalo nickels.....trying to see a date when it's just worn completely gone ....or just out of discernibility. But, try as you might......a "CC" isn't going to appear on this one !.... But, if you look VERY closely to the left of that area....... I THINK I SEE AN OUTLINE OF THE VIRGIN MARY THERE ! ...... Put this on ebay....... AND YOU MIGHT "STILL" BE RICH MY FRIEND !...

Maybe I'll be as lucky as the guy who sold a "blessed" empty bag of Fritos on ebay for $100...

I see the N as well. New Orleans isn't that scarce that year.

BigFredd.... Quote: I see the N as well. New Orleans isn't that scarce that year.
It would read "O" and not an "N" if it were a New Orleans Mint......

It still might be an unrecorded N mintmark What city would that represent?

Lol, I'm confused now. So are we all in consensus that this "blessed" and "sacred" coin is from the Philly mint?

Maybe just a single C for Charlotte. They reopened the mint to strike a coin. Then you'll be really rich.
