Luckyrollers- these two notes do not fit one of the accepted fancy serial number formats. However when I talk with fellow collectors we use the term interesting serial numbers. For instance I collect interesting serial numbers as well and have a few in that folder. Two of them were circ finds and I paid a little over face for the other one.
