E&V, hope you don't mind I borrow a couple of your pictures for this: The doubling on this coin shows as separation lines, and extra thickness where the doubling was worn away a bit. Let me know if I can help explain anything further, or clearer. -CH27

No problem SilverCents. When I first found it, the doubling was somewhat hard to see, but once I saw the separation lines, I knew it was the real deal. This Doubled Die is more difficult to to see in circulated grades, since it's light separation lines. CoinHunter27, no problem. You can borrow my pictures anytime you want for demonstrating purposes.

Well that wraps it up for me! Thank you CH27! This helped quite a bit actually!
I've always thought that looking for doubling requires extreme skill, and in some cases I suppose it does. But I suppose that I managed to talk myself out of being able to see it when it was in the open!
Thanks again CH27!

SilverCents,
All letters of IGWT have it... but hard to see in the Ts and "E" in WE.
I reference the "OD" in "GOD" only to distinguish WDDO-003 and WDDO-004. The WDDO-003 seems to be a stronger doubled die.
I am like you I couldn't see the die marker so I compared the actual Doubling of the WDDO-003 and WDDO-004.

Thank you Jim! Definitely a tough one to find! I now almost have a complete set for the major 1971 Doubled Dies Obverses. Just need one more.
