I'd rather do that from a fishing boat in Bay of Quinte... I hear they make great lures!!

Seminar is at 11am. All decimal coins of Canadian and NFLD counterfeits made in China will be shown with markers. As well as 5, 10 and twenty dollar golds. Will not be enough time to cover the NCLT or Tokens however. I am hoping to do lunch with any interested! Mike Marshall

Nickelsguy gave a good talk/seminar on Chinese fakes, by denomination ... cents through gold. Unfortunate that more folks weren't there, but ended with 15-20. It looked like more stamp tables than coins, but the dealers had alot of stock at each table. I even found someone who had hundreds and hundreds of large cents. Didn't have time to go through all his stuff and only found one that I kept ... $4 for the full-serif T 1876. The 59's, 81's 82's and 19's thoroughly searched. Probably looked at 100 1919's.
Kad a nice, long, lively chat with John100 (from here) and saw dollarman at the back of the seminar room, but didn't recognize anyone else. A pretty good show ... too bad I couldn't visit ,ore tables.

It was my first time seeing Mr. Marshall speak..he is extremely devoted and has a true passion for protecting the beginning collectors and keeping the integrity of this hobby and industry strong and healthy and free of fakes..a very important man in this hobby for sure and constantly working behind the scenes to keep us all a little bit safer...much, much respect to you Mike! With that said, I apologise for leaving halfway through..I planned on coming back after the break but the floor was calling me to do what I do best and go find deals haha
Feel free to call me Will.
