AU58.

Obverse hair, breast, right arm, and right leg have, IMHO, flatness from circulation wear.

Reverse rim bump at 12 and 2 pm. Very slight wear on eagle head brow, jowl, leading edge of right wing, and right claw.

Definitely AU with the wear mentioned and few dings, but a nice coin nonetheless.
