i think it needs to be about 10% off or more to bring a bigger price. yours is right close I think. condition always counts though...

First welcome to CCF. Second, that is a nice find--there is a premium when the letters start to fall off the edge (as they do on your example). I'd keep in safe in a 2x2 while you research prior ebay selling prices.

 Nice find. These usually sell for $2-3 at shows, probably a dollar more on ebay.

If it is a MAD coin, then the devices on the left side of the reverse should be weak because of the bad alignment over the reverse issue. If the reverse is normal it is a MAD. If it is off center like the obverse then it is an off center nickel. But because the collar is present on the obverse, I'm thinking the reverse is normal.
