I'll say VF-30+, choice for grade. Missing split curl above ear, not quite EF-40. Good price, not a rip.

ah yes, the t-bop grading scale. here is the PCGS plate coin for vf20 for comparison.  also found the vf30 plate coin. still not match in my opinion.  Compare to this coin

Look like a nice VF30, shot 35. With modern gradeflation pieces such as this have graded XF40.

Buy it as a 40, then try to sell it as a 40. Show me ONE recognized grading guide that shows EF without full front drapery lines. This would be lucky to make 30.

I'd be good at 30. No higher. The obverse rim has a deep cut at 12:00 which is big enough to be a distraction.

I had a Seated Half with similar scratches that this coin shows near the breast in the left obverse fields go details scratches.
Also note the deeper scratch to the left of the date
for me this is VF details.
