I had this coin at VF20 possible 25. TBOP picked up the scratch. its so light I was hoping it would come back straight due to the grade. disappointed again.

Me thinks you got hosed. The old (minor) scratch causing them to net it down to F15 straight grade would make sense. To me the details are strong for a 15. It looks VF IMO.

I'm not sure about the scratch, but I also think this is at least a VF20 details coin.

I would have said VF20 - but the cheek is basically worn flat. Of course, they are pretty poor right from the mint die 14D. ANACS is tough on Lincolns for the most part IMO.
