I had this coin at VF20 possible 25. TBOP picked up the scratch. its so light I was hoping it would come back straight due to the grade. disappointed again.  |

Me thinks you got hosed. The old (minor) scratch causing them to net it down to F15 straight grade would make sense. To me the details are strong for a 15. It looks VF IMO.

I'm not sure about the scratch, but I also think this is at least a VF20 details coin.

I would have said VF20 - but the cheek is basically worn flat. Of course, they are pretty poor right from the mint die 14D. ANACS is tough on Lincolns for the most part IMO.
