Thx guys for your input I wasn't sure what is was exactly but I thought it might be a lamination or a huge die break. I appreciate your time to take a look.

A lamination would look like this:
1959-D-LMC-Die-Break-Or-Lamination-Error.
Just damage to the coin. Note the lines that are going in the wrong direction? Not a lamination issue on this coin, just damage.

Wow, 3rd time in over 4 years I must disagree with coop.
Coop zoom in on the latest photos around the TRUST area and then tell us that "that is just damage"

I'm sorry I can't get better pics but I think I agree it's a lamination error. But regardless of what I think I want to thank all you guys for your opinions and your input it's much appreciated.

The peeling on the bust clearly shows that this a lamination error. I also have to disagree with coop on this one.

There is peeling all the way down. It's just hard to see thanks to this wonderful phone.

I can tell that there is peeling all the way down the coin. The bust area is the most tell-tale way to identify that this is a lamination error.

Well seeing with my tablet, it is a lamination. Without the tablet, I couldn't see it. An arrow on the top area would have been helpful. I was just seeing a single line. But being able to enlarge it better, was the convincing point. Sorry everyone. I was seeing half of the issue. Seeing the Trust area changed my mind.

Probably a better angle for a second images would have been to have the image taken on the TRUST area along with the full coin view.
