Start a new post with title and denomination: Ex: "1979 Hong Kong 50 cent piece" Post a picture within this new post. Ask for help! New members often have trouble posting pictures. There is a tutorial to instruct you.

Krause also has an excellent huge book on these. The standard catalog of world coins.

Actually, a simple list by country, date and denomination would be sufficient for 95% of the coins. The ones with potential we can ask you to post photographs.
Just to be realistic, if this is a collection of circulating coins of that period they would have minimal value. There is no point having hundreds of photographs of common coins.

I spent most of the night trying to fight the new found addiction. There are mainly Britian/Africa, South Africans, middle eastern, Kenyan, Egypt, Lots of Rhodesia, and several canadian coins.

I'm new here also and I saw someone recommended an app to help you I use one called Maktun and it will identify your coin for you along with all info about it and add it to your collection in the app. For value, NGC gives a lot more realistic value than the app as was also mentioned. Good luck
