I'm going with MS 62 though I think it has nice eye appeal.

That is one excellent purchase even if its cleaned.
I wouldn't hesitate putting that in my 7070 either.

this is a toughie. if it isn't UNC it sure is boarderline. if I saw this for $150 i'd be all over it. UNC details imo but PCGS has been pretty stingy lately so I say they put it in the AU box

Very pretty coin despite the details, I'd definitely put it in my 7070

I have to confess:- I like fooling around by altering common coins, and releasing them back into circulation.

I've seen far worse get a pass for cleaning. This one is a beauty.

I'm late to the party on this one, but your coin has great eye appeal regardless of grade or details. $150? That's a steal, every day.

What is the cert# so we can look up their image (for better resolution)? They specifically say that "dipping is not considered cleaning", so I wonder if it was all the vertical lines around the arrows and olive branch. If that's the case, maybe they confused die polish with hairlines. Some of these "cleaned" coins can be great purchases, like this one.

Dipped perhaps but not cleaned. A dip shouldn't matter in an MS-62 grade. I think PCGS blew it here.

You know they want you to resubmit coins repeatedly to get a straight grade, how else can they turn a profit with their low prices!

Looks like it has nice luster, esp that reverse.

I think you did very well. Looks like an MS-62
