What class of DDO would this classify as? Probably Class 9 but it could also be Class 4.

Ok sent it off to DR. Wiles. Let's see what happens. Very excited my first time not hearing the dreaded three letters PMD

I would like to thank all who replied to my post. I would not have sent it in to get attributed without your encouragement.

Why can't I see the doubling?

@arby96 it's possible you're not looking for the right thing/in the right place. The doubled dies you get on ultra-modern single squeeze era coins are very different than the ones you get in the multiple hubbing era. See the extra thickness and smearing on IGWT? That is where the doubling is most apparent.
